Products have a warranty of 10 years as required by law in the State of California. In case you have any issues with any of the products, we request you reach out to us. We thrive to serve your needs as soon as possible. We offer a replacement within the warranty period with no questions asked, although it is required to have you ship us the malfunctioning item. We then will test the item for factory and/or user errors and notify the customer of the results of our testing. If the item was damaged by user or installer, an appropriate invoice will be sent for the replacement item. If it is a manufacturing or malfunctioning component error we will close the case promptly.
